The staff and manager Cen went above and beyond to help us, especially when my son had diarrhea and also need gluten free diet, so thankful to the whole team there!
Areas for improvement:
Ave Reforma is great location if there is no demonstration, but you do have a chance to see the real aspect of Mexico City daily life.

Areas for improvement:
The swimming pool closes at 9 pm, too early to me; it would be great if it could close later.
